Pearl Resurfacing
The non-ablative Pearl Laser can be used to refresh your skin’s appearance quickly by removing fine line on the face and neck, uneven skin texture as well as light/dark spots caused by sun damage. During a Pearl treatment, the upper layer of the skin is heated with pulses of light. The heat gently removes a small portion of the top layer of skin, or epidermis, resulting in the formation of a natural protective dressing on the skin’s surface. At the same time, heat is sent into the deeper layers of the skin stimulating new collagen production, as well as filling out and decreasing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Using topical anesthetic, patients are comfortable during the treatment. The skin’s protective dressing will slough off after 3-4 days revealing new, vibrant and healthy skin. New collagen production will continue up to 4 to 6 weeks after treatment maintaining your youthful glow. Pearl treats the entire face and typically only requires 1 to 2 treatments to achieve the desired result.
